1. Q: Do you ship outside philippines? 
     A: No.

2. Q: Is there a pickup point or same day delivery like lalamove or grab?
     A: Not yet but soon it will be available. 

3. Q: What are the couriers for shipping?
     A: LBC only. Other couriers will be available soon 

4. Q: What will we do if the package was damaged by courier?
     A: All buyers have money back guarantee if the cards have damages caused by courier. More further info https://tuffselections.com/policies/refund-policy

5. Q: What if the item is damaged? 
     A: Take a picture and video of the item then send it to us via email at tuffselectph@gmail.com for further assessment. Best way also is to take video during unboxing. More further info https://tuffselections.com/policies/refund-policy.

6. Q: Where are the cards located?
     A: Las pinas city, Metro Manila

7. Q: What is Reservation payment? -> Bank online transfer, Bank deposit, Gcash & Paymaya. 
     A: Customer can checkout without paying the items first. It will be tag as reserved to give time and flexibility. Deadline of payment within 48 hrs of business days after the checkout time. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled and give warning notice to the account. (2nd warning will tag as a bogus buyer and account will be banned).

8. Q: Are the cards have magnetic case, toploader and sleeves?
     A: 100 & below items do not have toploaders or magnetic case, only have sleeves. There is option to add toploader or magnetic case with additional amount. Items with magnetic case will be stated, rest of items have toploaders. 

9. Q: I ordered the item but it was refunded because the item is out of stock. how did it happen? 

      A1: Technical & Timing issues with other orders. Other buyer bought it 1st but still show available in the system during ordering. so first come, first served basis.
      A2: Actual stocks is already zero. Inventory is not updated to that particular item.
      We do not control the technical issues of shopify.

10. Q: Do you accept consignment?
       A: 
Not now, but it will be available soon. 

11. Q: Is meetups possible?
       A: Only for high-end deals. 

12. Q: When is the restock?
       A
: Restock occurs randomly. Maybe in 1 week or 2 weeks but not more than a month. so always check the webstore for some new drops and steal prices. may also check the message at the top of the webstore homepage and viber community for announcements :)

13. Q: Can we make offer?
       A: Yes, click the button "Make an offer" then provide the required information and the amount offer. please offer fairly :) 

14. Q: Can we request for additional photos and/or video of the card?

: Yes, please email us at tuffselectph@gmail.com or message us via viber, facebook or instagram. Please be patient with us if we cannot reply on time. Longer waiting time during weekends and holidays, so business days is the best.
