Refund policy
No return and no exchange policy except damaged items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. better to take video during unboxing for faster resolution.
Damage procedure
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the damaged item to request a return. please provide the picture and video of the item/s then send to us for further assestment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at tuffselectph@gmail.com with subject: "Return: #Invoice Number" then explain the damage. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Blk 1, lot 10, catleya st. camella townhomes, barangay elias aldana, las piñas city, 1740, metro manila.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Missing / Lost Item procedure
Please provide the picture of the missing / lost items from the order and then the actual items received. Better to take video during unboxing for faster resolution. Process will take within 5 business days. Please report within 7 business days after the package was received. contact us at tuffselectph@gmail.com with subject: "Missing Item: #Invoice Number" then provide the details of the missing item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for accidental purchase or change of product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
